Abstract
Multi-band detection of infrared system is a hot field of engineering application and theoretical research. For long wave HgCdTe detector, due to its response characteristics in wide spectral range, multi band detection of single detector can be realized by using filter wheel technology. However, it is generally necessary to obtain more accurate parameters such as response rate or quantum efficiency for system designing. Based on the theoretical calculation, we got the wide band responsivity and quantum efficiency curve of a long wave HgCdTe detector, which provides support for the demonstration of infrared detection system.
