Abstract
The raw materials of production enterprises are an indispensable factor to ensure the production capacity of enterprises. In this paper, we first select the evaluation indexes, obtain the weight vectors of all indexes through AHP, verify that they have passed the consistency test, and establish a multi index weighted grey target decision-making model to complete the evaluation of the importance of suppliers. Then we use 0-1 programming and dynamic programming algorithms to analyze the ordering and transportation of raw materials in production enterprises from multiple angles, and finally determine the best ordering strategy and the transportation scheme with the least loss.
