Abstract
In recent years, perovskite solar cells have received extensive attention due to the advantages such as high light capture coefficient and long carrier diffusion distance. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has increased from 3.8% to 26.7%, which has enormous development potential. The preparation process of the absorption layer is studied, and the influence of the preparation process on the photoelectric properties is investigated. The development of the preparation methods are put forward, and the stability of perovskite materials is prospected to improve the photoelectric properties.
