Abstract
In this paper, focusing on the problem of dynamic monitoring of existing coal mine metal hoisting derricks, a wireless system for real-time dynamic monitoring of metal derricks based on wireless communication is proposed. On the basis of the original single sensor device, the system monitors the partial force of the metal derrick, the state of the sky wheel, the main body tilt and vibration, etc., through the system integration structure, the various monitored information is gathered together for viewing The data obtained is sent to the AP base station wirelessly through a wireless acquisition device using multiple XLAI analog signal acquisition modules and M series RS485 data acquisition modules, and the AP base station uploads the information to the main control computer for intelligent display, and sets the early warning value for early warning. Field tests show that the design can meet actual needs, can effectively monitor the lifting derrick dynamically, and can make timely and accurate judgments and processing for various fault information, and improve the safety performance and production efficiency of mine operations.
