Abstract
Aiming at the nonlinear fitting problem of the connection surface during the bolt tightening process, a model of deformation coordination relationship of the bolt connection is established based on the elastic assumption. The model is used to analyze the variable stiffness characteristics of the bolt connection, reveal the internal mechanism of the bolt connection stiffness during the tightening process. The definition of the boundary point—the fitting point of the nonlinear segment and the linear segment of the bolt torsion-tension relationship curve is given, and the fitting point identification algorithm is proposed. The effectiveness of fitting point identification is verified through case analysis, and a new solution is provided for bolted connection process control.
