Abstract
Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional experimental teaching of stepping motor, such as inflexible time arrangement of students, inability to experiment in different places and difficulty in instrument maintenance, a remote experimental platform of stepping motor is designed based on ZigBee. The experimental platform consists of several stepper motor experimental nodes with CC2530 as the core to form a wireless sensor network, which receives the experimental parameters of the stepper motor set by the remote computer through mqtt communication provided by the intelligent gateway, and feeds back the real-time parameters of the stepper motor uploaded by the obtained experimental nodes to observe the experimental process and record the experimental data. The test shows that the laboratory platform has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and flexible arrangement of experimental time.
