Abstract
In order to further analyze the reasons and backgrounds of the implementation of the "Three -Child Policy", and find experience in the implementation of the "three -child policy" in the implementation of the "comprehensive two -child" policy. On the basis of the implementation of the implementation of the "comprehensive two -child" policy of Harbin City, the effects of the implementation of the "comprehensive two -child" policy implementation of the "comprehensive two -child" policy of Harbin City, which aims to promote the smoothness of the "three -child policy" of Harbin City Implement. This article uses SPSS to fully analyze statistical data, and uses a deck inspection method for scientific verification.
