Abstract
Based on the high-throughput of a company in Luoyang Chinese aluminum casting and rolling imported belt production line, and the forming property of AA5052 alloy on the production line were analyzed by mechanical tensile test and microscopic analysis methods, comparative study and blooming process and hot rolling; at different temperatures of AA5052 cold rolled plate was annealed. To explore the process of AA5052 alloy under the law, and the development of the annealing process for high volume continuous casting and rolling production line of products; also from the micro perspective on the AA5052-H32 sheet forming properties especially the bending of instability phenomenon of the causes, the rolling and annealing process of different forming and the performance of the organization is optimized, finally formed a set of suitable for high-throughput production of AA5052-H32 alloy under continuous casting and rolling and annealing system.
