Abstract
Mechanical design and manufacture were the basic industry of modern production, which had experienced a relatively long development stage. With the integration of the internet and the internet of things, the development speed of modern industry had been gradually accelerated, which not only improved the actual production efficiency, but also ensured the production quality, as a result that the safety problems had been effectively controlled. With this development trend, the characteristics of mechanical design, manufacture and automation should be fully tapped, so that the final production level could be significantly improved after the production advantages being given full pay to. This paper mainly studied the application status of mechanical design, manufacture and automation, and explored the development trend of mechanical design and manufacture in the future, so as to provide power for the further development of modern industry and ensure the safety of actual production.
