Abstract
With the implementation of the carbon peak and carbon neutralization plan, liquefied natural gas (LNG) is increasingly used in production and life, especially as a vehicle fuel. The LNG dispenser gun is a component that directly connects the dispenser and the vehicle to add liquid to the LNG vehicle. Based on the study of liquid filling technology and the analysis of the harm of liquid filling leakage, this paper proposes a design scheme of LNG manual liquid filling gun, which solves the problems of material selection and sealing design by checking the driving force.
