Abstract
In order to ensure driving safety, the current car is equipped with ABS braking anti-lock braking system. When the ABS is working, it needs to detect the wheel speed signal through the wheel speed sensor to achieve continuous braking and relaxation to prevent the wheels from locking. In daily teaching, it is difficult for students to observe the working process of the wheel speed sensor, and then understand the working situation of the ABS in the braking process. Therefore, according to the working principle of the electromagnetic induction wheel speed sensor, an experimental bench for the wheel speed sensor of automobile ABS is designed. The bench can clearly display the change of the AC voltage generated by the sensor at different speeds during wheel rotation, and then simulate the change of the signal when the ABS is working.
