Abstract

In this paper, the digital development and quality control process is studied for the design and manufacturing of complex equipment in the context of digital R&D. For the development phase, the focus is on virtual digital prototype design verification and quality control. For the manufacturing phase, the focus is on 3D prototype process design, digital manufacturing and quality control. The method of multi-source quality BOM information processing is put forward, and has been applied in the development and production of complex equipment. A product quality inspection method based on 3D digital model is proposed, and an application case is given.
