Abstract
As the core moving part of the laser cutting machine, the beam quality has a very important impact on the dynamic and static performance and processing accuracy of the laser cutting machine. This paper uses Solid Works to build the beam model of F3015 laser cutting machine, select 8 design variables and appropriate constraint conditions, and take the economic index quality of the beam as the objective function to carry out the lightweight design of the beam. The results show that the mass is reduced by 15.9%, and the total deformation is reduced by 10 .5%.
