Abstract
Perovskite Solar Cells (PSCs) stand out among the new solar cell technologies because of their adjustable band gap, high absorption coefficient, high carrier mobility and other advantages, and have attracted extensive attention. Electron Transport Layer (ETL) and Hole Transport Layer (HTL) are important components of PSCs, which are used to transport electrons and holes generated by light excitation respectively. This paper introduces the structure and working principle of PSCs, the research progress of ETL and HTL, and discusses the charge transport mechanism of ETL, its role in PSCs and its influence on the stability of PSCs.
