Abstract
The highway for social and economic development services at the same time, the occurrence of traffic accidents is also alarming, relevant data and statistics show that China's highway traffic accidents with a large rate of disability and death, which has to cause social concern and the attention of the relevant departments. Many of these accidents are caused by the lack of effective early warning devices, resulting in secondary accidents due to the lack of timely speed reduction of the vehicles behind, and the inability to contact the relevant departments in time after the accident, resulting in untimely rescue. This device focuses on the theoretical technology of accident detection, accident warning management system, secondary warning index system and information release of secondary warning, and designs a new highway accident detection and warning system based on sound detection. The early warning system addresses the shortcomings of the existing technology, relying on the sound signal detection sensor to detect the occurrence of road accidents and pinpoint the location of abnormal collisions. At the same time, the address coding of the detection device assists in positioning to provide convenience for rescue. The accident is determined while sending accident information to the rescue center and activating the warning lights within a certain range downstream of the accident to achieve real-time warning of accidents. Compared with video detection and traditional patrol car, sound detection will cost less money, less manpower, more efficient, and easier to achieve, the roadside real-time alarm signal can also promptly remind the rear of the vehicle, to minimize the loss caused by the accident.
