Abstract

Theoretic research and experimental investigations are showing the possibility of repeated information recording and read-out on new recording media with optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) effect. OSL concentration and spectral dependencies in Ca(Sr)S:Eu²⁺(Ce³⁺)-Sm³⁺ were determined. OSL in CaS films doped only by Sm³⁺ ions was detected.
