Abstract

The following paper discusses the area of technology transfer of Dual-Use Technologies between government and university laboratories and industry. Variuos mechanisms for technological cooperation are summarized. The status of technology transfer activities at the Alliance for Photomc Technology and the USAF Phillips Laboratory, Lasers and Imaging Directorate, Cooperative Mfairs Office are presented as examples of technological cooperation.
