Abstract
This paper discusses an approach to measuring the location of the human eye cornea using stereo pair images. A grid pattern is projected onto the cornea via an optical system and two digital cameras capture different views of the reflection simultaneously. The two images are then matched and rectified, and the surface can be inferred from the disparity of known points in the grid pattern. The design of an experimental prototype system is described and some typical results are presented.
