Abstract
The paper deals with colors used for homepage design and their sensitivity for the human eye. Different homepages were investigated and the color reproduction process analyzed. Which type of colors are useful to in homepage design and which colors do not attract the viewers attention. Also some investigations were carried out to minimize the time factor for the appearance of different colors on the TV-monitor. Another important part of good Internet-page is the size of a colored picture. At the end of the paper different factors are pointed out which need to be considered for a good homepage design especially for color images.
