Abstract
The stratified gradient thermal barrier coating (TBC) on superalloy substrate was obtained by laser cladding. It was no crack and pore, and had good adhesive strength with the substrate. The microstructure of the coating and the interface were analyzed. The effect of microstructure on property and the formation mechanism of the stratified gradient TBC were studied.
