Abstract
In laser cladding add-in 0.5% mix rare-earth oxide, the particle of rich rare-earth were spread all over on the juncture of Al2O3 oxide film with substrate, it were an impediment to the alternation vacancy polymerism. The rare-earth element capable of forming laminary structure relieved the thermal stress. The experiment appearance, the rare-earth element were reduced the tension force of flux, increased the fluidity, avoided the stop of gas and soria, decreased the pore and fissure. The toughness and corrosion resistant of cladding layer were improved.
