Abstract
Static and dynamic light scattering are used to measure molecular parameters of collagen in solutions. Isoelectric point, coefficients of intermolecular interactions and molecular weight of type I collagen were determined by static light scattering. Using photon correlation spectroscopy we obtained the dependence of the translational diffusion coefficient as a function of pH and concentration of collagen in solutions.
