Abstract
New hydro-optical instruments for sub-pixel scale investigation of satellite features and a new technique to invert water properties is described. The new semi-analytic algorithm, based on high resolution spectrally continuous remote sensing reflectance measurements, is proposed for inversion of the optical properties. The algorithm retrieves absorption spectra of phytoplankton pigment and pigment concentration.
