Abstract
Optical Coherent Tomography (OCT) currently used for in-vivo tissue images is a high resolution information source about local optical properties of tissue. From OCT images analyzed we have extracted data about the light attenuation at 1350 nm. Sample used was dental implant with well known screw size. The results are in relatively good agreement with literature data obtained with classical methods. OCT image treatment to obtain optical data parameters has advantage of in-vivo measurements and high spatial resolution.
