Abstract

Enterprise Information is an inevitable trend in management change for large and medium-sized enterprises and also the basic conditions for company's future business, which has become an indispensable part of the overall strategy. Based on analyzing current situation in enterprise information especially that in China, its information strategy-based factors and its existing outstanding issues in China, the paper tries to explore information strategic planning for large and medium-sized enterprises.
