A system of indicators characterizing the process of reversible aggregation of the erythrocytes (RAE) as well as method for their determination in blood microvolumes have mean elaborated. It is shown that the RAE indicators are much more informative than the conventional indicators of the blood system and more adequately reflect the changes of the functional state of blood. The deviation of RAE indicators from their standard values is a specific sign of the haemorheological disturbances. The dynamic and the correlation of the indicators of RAE variations can serve as additional diagnostic and prognostic criteria of a disease. An apparatus for the determination of RAE indicators in blood microvolumes was elaborated. 1.
