Abstract
In order to meet the ever-increasing data and mobility of the access network, we propose a hybrid wire and wireless network. Both high data rate of 10 Gb/s NRZ and OFDM signals were investigated. Results show that less than 1 dB power penalty at the BER measurement of a 25 km standard single mode fiber (SMF) transmission without dispersion compensation.
