Abstract
The physical and kinetic parameters were calculated for laser on copper vapors. The Boltzmann kinetic equation was solved by numeric methods with some approximations. There are isotropic distribution and stationarity of the physical parameters. The influence of the HBr admixtures on the physical parameters and electron energy distribution functions in gas discharges were investigated. Using cross sections of the electron impact excitation processes the velocity coefficients for reactions were calculated. It was confirmed, that excitation of the resonance level 3d9 4s2 2D with HBr admixtures is going more better.
