Abstract
The fiber optic technique for relative humidity (RH) sensors based on the absorption spectrum of the optical fiber coated with colorimetric reagent cobalt chloride layer is discussed. Probe preparation, optical layout used in the experiment and the responses of the RH probes for different concentrations of cobalt chloride (PVA) solutions are presented.
