Abstract
Create the pulse Nd:YAG laser system intend for measurements of lateral diffusion of biological membrane component and diffusion coefficient of molecule and molecular complex in liquid media by technique registration fluorescence recovery after photobleaching of microsample. The aggregation phenomenon of hematoporphyrin (Hp) and hematoporphyrin derivative (HpD) in various solutions are investigated by FRAP technique. Nonlinear photodestruction quantum efficiency and diffusion coefficient of dye molecular complexes and proteins is measured.
