Dr Aziz ul rehman received his Master Degree in Applied Physics and MPhil Diploma in Physics from the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Pakistan in 2003 and 2005, MS in Medical Physics from Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Science (PIEAS) in 2007, and the Ph.D. Degree from the Department of Physics and Astronomy Macquarie University Sydney NSW 2109 Australia in 2018. He served as a lecturer of physics in Punjab higher education department Pakistan and joined the national Institute of lasers and Optronics College, PIEAS as junior scientist and promoted to senior scientist/Assistant Professor in 2009.
His area of specialization includes Light tissue Interaction, Radiology, Radiotherapy, Photo diagnostic and photodynamic therapy of biological tissues, auto-Fluorescence Quenching and Raman spectroscopy of biological tissues, Confocal Microscopy, Hyperspectral auto-fluorescence imaging, unsupervised unmixing algorithms, design and development of deep-UV Light source for wield field fluorescence microscopy. He believe that delivering cutting-edge research through innovative science and adding value to science will ultimately help to establish the emerging Medical Technology sector.
