The purpose of this article is to find the effects of different growth conditions (PH, temperature, nutrition, etc.) and the proportion of component content (chlorophyll, carotenoid, lipid, etc.) during the different growing stages of microalgaes. Based on spectral analysis, the absorption spectra of microalgae under the different growth conditions, were measured in different culture periods. Based on the spectra of pure substances, the least square method is used to analyze the composition of algae species in different environments could be get. Different growth conditions and changes in composition content under different environments can provide theoretical basis for algal blooms control and species identification.
