Manoj Kumar Bhuyan received his PhD in optics and photonics in 2011 from Université de Franche-Comté, Besançon, France. During his research career, he held several positions at National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi, IIT Kanpur, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai India, Insubria University, Como, Italy, and Université de Lyon, Université Jean Monnet, Saint Etienne, France. Currently, he is a researcher at RIKEN Center for Advanced Photonics, Wako, Japan. His research interests include laser material processing, ultrafast laser writing, nanofabrication, ultrafast dynamics and non-diffracting beams.
