Abstract
To tackle the increasingly serious information security issue of submarine cables, this article summarizes various kinds optical fiber eavesdropping defense means, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages one by one. Then it puts forward two feasible secrecy system design proposals, and offers some advices and suggestions for information security protection system construction of submarine optical cables in China.
