With the miniaturization of high-power lasers and the rapid development of high-power spatial light modulators, the laser cleaning technology of marine instruments has received great attention in recent years. In this paper, the pulsed laser with a wavelength of 1064nm is used to generate 5×n parallel laser beams using a spatial light modulator to study the laser cleaning 907 steel of marine instruments whose surface is B-grade corrosion. The laser damage threshold of 907 steel is 2.89J / cm2. Under the conditions of pulse laser energy density of 7J / cm2, overlap rate of 60%, pulse width of 100ns, and pulse frequency of 100kHz, the surface of 907 steel can be completely cleaned by once. The surface cleanliness reaches the Sa2.5 standard, and the cleaning time per unit-area is inversely proportional to the number of laser beams. The parallel shape-adjustable multi-beam laser based on the spatial light modulator effectively improves the cleaning efficiency and flexibility of marine instruments.
