Abstract
This work presents the development of a microservices integration platform for e-health, called HealthGate. The architecture proposed for the platform based on microservices aims to help contextualized implementations in e-health, aiming to reach critical points related to the domain, such as the heterogeneity of services and specifications. We propose the use of the FHIR standard for the integration of microservices in the platform, contributing to the interoperability between systems. To validate the proposed architecture and the defined requirements, two case studies were carried out, deploying a microservice that detects episodes of atrial fibrillation in ECG segments and a microservice that calculates the Framingham Score.
