Abstract
With the development of cloud computing, virtualization and other technologies, the runtime environment of multimedia communication systems is also gradually transitioning to cloud platforms. In order to solve the problem of integration and intercommunication between heterogeneous multimedia communication systems, and to meet the technical requirements of cloud deployment, an application is proposed. The universal audio and video codec conversion method on the cloud platform determines the functional composition and module division, designs a universal calling interface and control process, and supports the development and evolution of multimedia communication technology.
