Abstract
In order to solve the problem of large deformation in turning of LF2 aluminum alloy gasket, a double-tool mirror turning processing technology was proposed. Locking processing parameters is the key factor to control processing deformation. The test plan was designed using the Latin hypercube method, and the experimental results were analyzed and prediction model was established; aiming at the problems of traditional firefly algorithms that are easy to fall into local optimization and slow convergence, an improved firefly algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal processing parameters with the minimum deformation as the goal. After actual processing verification, the optimized calculation results and actual processing results are similar, and both meet the requirements of use. The proposed method has practical engineering application value.
