Abstract
Electricity, as a secondary energy source, is an important public resource related to national economic and social development. The contradiction between power supply and demand appears under boundary conditions such as load growth, increase in commodity prices, increase in new energy installed capacity, and China's "carbon peak and carbon neutrality". Therefore, establishing a new model of the interconnection of electricity, energy, cities, economy and multiple social entities based on the new power system is conducive to balancing power supply and demand and energy supply and demand, serving social production and residents' lives, and providing the government with historical, immediate and future expected energy economic information, so as to carry out more timely and effective economic regulation. The urban economic and energy interconnection model based on the new power system has two major characteristics:autonomous learning and human-machine interaction. Its future development direction is to integrate economic activities, enhance emergency reserves and establish a good ecological system. The model mainly includes five parts: interaction of learning ability and technological cultivation ability, deep integration of traditional business and new information technology, integration of economic activities and enterprise boundary, energy emergency and reserve regulation, and applied green power ecosystem.
