Abstract
Now the mortality of cancer is high, which seriously threatens the safety of human life. It is very difficult to accurately segment small objects such as cancer lesions or cells. In order to improve the accuracy of small object segmentation, this paper proposes to use RPN module to frame and select small objects, then use FSRCNN to enlarge the low resolution picture, and finally use a simple U-shaped segmentation model to segment small objects. The model has been evaluated on the cell data set and achieved good results.
