Abstract
The safety problems of petrochemical enterprises can not be collected and reflected in a short time, and there is a lack of effective risk evaluation system. Firstly, the weight calculation method is improved by interval type-2 fuzzy method, the internal relationship between influencing factors is considered, and the comprehensive weight of each factor is determined by combining subjective weight and objective weight; Then, the risk evaluation model of VIKOR method based on interval type-2 fuzzy improvement is established, the maximum benefit value and maximum regret degree of each scheme are analyzed, and the compromise risk value of the scheme is calculated; Finally, based on the production data of uncatalysed oxidation of cyclohexane, the risk assessment is carried out, the influencing factors such as system pressure and reaction temperature are analyzed, and the risk value of each scheme is calculated. The results show that the improved interval type-2 fuzzy risk evaluation model plays a key role in risk evaluation, and can accurately analyze the risk value of each scheme and prevent accidents.
