Abstract

Artificial intelligence is a computer science discipline formed on the basis of information network and data processing technology, which involves various fields such as economy and politics. It is highly intelligent and highly applied. Artificial intelligence is the use of computer technology, network communication and other ways to carry out information processing and intelligent analysis, it has a high degree of information processing capabilities, its social development has played a pivotal and irreplaceable role. With the accelerated pace of development in the network era, the employment problem of college students has attracted more and more attention, and at present, there are phenomena such as oversupply of graduates and waste of talent resources on college campuses in China, which seriously hinders the development of human resource management in colleges and universities. The application of artificial intelligence has made a new change to the employment problem of college students, but there are some shortcomings in the process of intelligent development. Based on artificial intelligence technology, this paper puts forward countermeasure suggestions such as improving vocational skills and enhancing their own quality from the technical level.
