Abstract
A suitable pig house environment is an important way to ensure the health of pigs and improve the welfare and production efficiency of pigs. Intelligent pig house environment control technology and method is the only way for the pig industry to transform traditional breeding methods and realize refined breeding. According to the relationship among the air temperature and humidity, ammonia concentration, carbon dioxide concentration, particulate matter concentration and pig growth performance and health in the pig house, this paper establishes the air quality safety control point of the pig house, and realizes the intelligent control system of the air quality of the farm. Through the deployment and control of intelligent sensor monitoring points, the full coverage of the pig house environment is achieved. Pig farm managers can log in remotely through 4G mobile phones to obtain real-time environmental information of the pig house. The pig farm managers can automatically control the environment monitoring equipment through mobile phones or let the equipment automatically inspect the pig farm environment, and finally realize the remote intelligent management of the pig farm environment.
