Abstract
The distribution of seats in armored vehicles was crowded and the ergonomic relationship affected the performance of military equipment directly. Therefore a method that divided each seat as an independent operation unit was proposed. After designing the principle prototype, JACK software was used to conduct ergonomic simulation analysis. An engineering prototype was set up on the basis of the optimized design. By the mean of questionnaire the ergonomic evaluation and verification was carried out. The scheme was applied to the vehicle assembly finally. This method could recognize and evaluate the man-machine relationship intuitively before assembling the vehicle, which reduced the change of design after assembling effectively. It would shorten the research-development cycle, and save the production cost.
