Abstract
The Space-Interval Probability Distribution (SIPD) has been successfully used in photonlimited images or signals. In this work the SIPD is used for binary images obtained from the clipping of well illuminated images. A statistical description of the SIPD and its behavior under partial image modifications are also described.
