Abstract
In the intelligent sorting stage, in order to improve the sorting speed, efficiency and accuracy, this paper takes the product area, radian, differentiation and surface characteristics as the research vector, using the objective identification method based on the minimum mean square delta rule neural network, intelligent identification of cutting samples, during leather cutting and processing. Considering the background light, the sorting system, the background difference method was used to obtain the accurate image coordinates of the motion work piece, in order to improve the sorting efficiency of leather cutting and processing.
