Abstract
This paper briefly introduces the structure of the impact sensitivity meter, and at the same time designs the control system of the impact sensitivity meter and uses the upper computer software to establish communication with the PLC, so as to control the movement of the impact sensitivity meter in the upper computer and realize the remote control of the impact sensitivity meter. In the control system of the impact sensitivity meter, the real-time acquisition of the drop weight position information is realized through the communication between the PLC and the laser ranging sensor, and the control command is sent to the PLC and the system status from the PLC is received through the communication between the host computer and the PLC. The experimental results show that the PLC-based servo motor motion control system realizes the control of the impact sensitivity meter, and the operation is reliable and has high stability.
