Abstract
The ROPS (Rollover Protection Structure ) test bench is a mechanism used to detect the vehicle ROPS. For the consideration of loading capacity and loading speed, the hydrostatic loading method is widely used at present. In the specific test process, due to the strong nonlinearity of the hydraulic cylinder and the unknown load disturbance caused by the unpredictability of the loading structure, the stability of the control system of the test bench will be reduced, and due to the detection of the protection ability of the three directions of ROPS, there is still a problem of long loading time in the experiment. Aiming at this problem, a fuzzy active disturbance rejection position control system combining fuzzy control algorithm and active disturbance rejection control algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the composition and principle of fuzzy active disturbance rejection position control system are introduced. The mathematical model of the system is established. The position control strategy and specific control method of the static pressure test bench are proposed, and an active disturbance rejection controller is designed. Then the electro-hydraulic co-simulation model is established to study the position control performance and system stability of the ADRC. Finally, the effectiveness of the fuzzy active disturbance rejection control algorithm is verified by real machine test. The results show that the fuzzy active disturbance rejection controller has higher stability and shorter detection time than the fuzzy PID controller.
