Abstract

Budget management is the most important aspect of government financial work and a prerequisite for fiscal expenditure. Budget management is an important means of implementing national financial policies and regulations, effectively organizing fiscal revenue and expenditure, reasonably adjusting funds, and achieving national functions. The full life cycle management of financial budgets includes business processes such as budget preparation, budget execution, accounting, final accounting, and reporting. To achieve full life cycle management of fiscal budgets, it is necessary to unify the management of all data involved in fiscal budgets. However, in reality, fiscal budget data comes from a wide range of sources, making it difficult to achieve a single source of data. Therefore, it is necessary to design a unified digital model. Establish a comprehensive budget full chain data management system by connecting the data interface with multiple adaptive attributes in the model to the source system of financial data. In response to this issue, this article proposes a digital model construction method that is suitable for the full life cycle management of fiscal budgets. Through the feedback results of data extraction, it in turn promotes the continuous improvement of basic information of various fiscal expenditure units. At the same time, the construction of this model can provide effective solution support for account real matching and account card matching work in the provincial financial budget management platform.
