Abstract
In this paper, the 2D turntable shafting error is decoupled into orthogonal error and shaft translation error, starting from the Euler transform and spherical coordinate expression of the target point in the rotation coordinate axis, a matrix association model of the same target point in different coordinate systems is established, and the influence of the shafting error on the 2D turntable is revealed. According to the matrix association model, the influence of shafting error on the accuracy of the 2D turntable is calculated, which further guides the selection of the dimensional chain accuracy of the turntable components, avoids the blind pursuit of high precision, and improves the economy of the product.
